What is BoomerBaby?

We're Medicare specialists who partner with employee benefits brokers to provide the education that employees need when transitioning to Medicare, whether that's upon retirement or when doing the cost-benefit analysis between Medicare and their employer-sponsored plan. So by partnering with benefit brokers, we allow them to offload their Medicare inquiries while keeping the conversation inside their ecosystem. This means not only do they provide more value to their clients becoming stickier inside their account base, but also that they get to monetize the opportunity without doing any of the leg work.

How is BoomerBaby different?

Our technology from a broker standpoint, they can choose between the one-off referral or most commonly upload census data to automate the process of ensuring their Medicare-eligible employees receive the relevant education from a trusted source at the right time. Now, in most cases, brokers already position themselves as addressing this, but in practice, it rarely happens proactively. Our system allows them to deliver this on the promise with virtually no extra effort. From an employee standpoint, our technology allows them to interact with a trusted advisor during a period in their lives when they're bombarded with information and to do so on their terms. More importantly, our proprietary software gives them highly specific recommendations based on their unique variables. So for example, we take into account their specific doctors, drugs, pharmacies, and general preferences to ensure they choose a plan that yields the lowest possible total out of pocket costs while still meeting their needs. Recent studies found that more than two-thirds of Medicare enrollees are not in the best plan for them. And we can take these less than ideal outcomes down to zero.
