What is Rightway?

Okay, real quick, let's talk about why the need for navigation and for Rightway. So, healthcare consumers generally need help answering these four basic questions that you see off to the left here, and navigation falls into the four buckets of clinical guidance, provider search, benefits advocacy, and billing advocacy. Rightway is a care navigation and advocacy platform that becomes the digital doorway for employees to access all things healthcare, so the members are supported by a clinical team that's gonna deliver the best guidance possible.

How is Rightway different?

So, we differentiate with high clinical depth, no friction, and high value. So generally, our price point is substantially less than the competition out there, so we can deliver high, high ROI, and we guarantee it. So, we're different for HR leaders because we're a platform that delivers at clinical resources like RNs, pharmacists, behavioral health practitioners, advocacy guides, and we're different for members because we're not just a call center. Consumers, in general, don't wanna make phone calls. So while our care teams are available both telephonically and through the app, we find that 80% of our member interactions happen within the app. It's a big part of why our NPS scores are generally above 80.

Who is a good fit for Rightway?

Generally, we're looking for 1000 plus lives on plans, self-funded employers; they have a lot going on with their benefits ecosystem, especially a lot of point solutions. If the population is spread out, that's an area where we can make some impact. HR teams are also investing in the ability to gain actionable insight from their population health data. They're getting a sense of what to do, but the data didn't do anything. We become the actual activation layer, the what-next of what to do and what actions to take. I've shown here some industries that, you can read these, where we have some success, but generally, there are no industries that we find that are off the table.
